How Low Can You Go?

As I sit back and listen to the "hip hop of today", I am often left with one hand over my face while I shake my head disapprovingly. What happened to the hip hop that I fell in love with years ago? I remember when lyrical content meant something. When rappers did more than string together a bunch of random punch lines. When stories were told. When songs had... concepts.

Do you remember those days?

I was never one to buy into the "hip hop is dead" slogan. But I will agree that it is at an all-time low.
The respect for the game has been lost.
The passion for the art form has been lost.

But don't worry. Just over the horizon stands two lone rangers. They are willing to hold the torch in hip hop's darkest of times.

Hey hip hop, we're up here. Are you coming?
We are the Crown Holders!

I'm Throwin' on my Louboutins!

I think this is how they came up with Louboutins!

Some poor guy had to go through this so they could make shoes like this:
Haha, I crack me up!
