Get Familiar

If you pay close attention to either Crown Holder on Twitter (@princecomodity and @jdub4life, for those who aren't following yet. While you're at it--follow @TheCrownHolders! Haha), you'll see that our taste in music is...well, beautiful! Haha. Really though, our ears are everywhere; we don't stick to listening to JUST one genre of music for too long. And I know what you're thinking: Everyone says they listen to EVERYTHING. But I feel like people, especially artists, say that because they feel like they HAVE to say it in order to get respect from a larger demographic. But J-Dub and I have attended concerts of some artists that you've probably only heard of once in your life. On our last USTREAM episode, the Crown Holders got to jam with some of our fans. We played snippets of our favorite Michael Jackson songs for a good 15 minutes. It was too fun! But then we started talking about different artists. And it became clear that The Crown Holders don't listen to "what's cool right now". The albums I listen to on a regular basis are from story tellers. These albums can take you on a ride. Its perfect Zone Out music. And its just freakin' good! So you gotta open your minds, people! Below are some of my personal favorite artists and some of my favorite albums from them. Feel free to dabble in the greatness, guys! Be sure to BUY these albums...getting them for free is LAME! Its for LAME-O's! And C.H fans are NOT lame-o's! Love ya!

J-Dub's Photoshop Fun

For those that don't know, I love playing around in Photoshop. Graphic design is actually part of my Mon-Fri job. So I like to think that I'm somewhat good at it. :-)

Well, I have been messing around with one of the pictures from the Crown Holders shoot with Cedar Pasori and trying to see what random things I can do with it.
